The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is proud to launch this new initiative called “Art March” in conjunction with the Downtown Ferndale Public Art Program and the Ferndale Arts & Beautification Commission. This month-long celebration of art and creativity will highlight the richness and diversity of the artistic world, creating space for exploration, learning, shopping, dining and connection in Downtown Ferndale!

Join us in celebrating the community’s creativity in Downtown Ferndale and Beyond. It’ll be an unforgettable way to experience the true spirit of artistic expression!” – Pj Jacokes
In support of the Art March initiative, the DDA has opened up a Pop Up Community Arts Center with programing to support the public art initiatives and support the business community that makes Downtown Ferndale a destination.
The Art March Pop Up Community Arts Center is offering weekend programs for visitors and community members to create artwork through collaboration and interactions with others. Programs will focus on building community, increasing awareness of the value of the arts, developing creativity, and providing a safe space for creativity and positive energy to flourish. With the support of local businesses, artists and community partners we are able to provide hands-on workshops and educational sessions, adding to the Art March celebration.
The Art March Pop Up Community Arts Center is located at 430 West Nine Mile in the ground level of Ferndalehaus next to Schiffer Park and is open to the public on Friday and Saturdays from 12 to 6 PM, Sunday from 12 to 5 PM.
